I am pleasantly surprised. I tracked everything - even my "Saturday weigh in day" meals which I usually don't count, and I lost over 2 pounds. I intend to do the same this week - if I eat it, I track it, and we'll see how it goes. After I weigh in next Saturday I will be participating in a Rugged Maniac race. If I don't die, I will check in! ;)
