Once again, I went into "not really caring" mode. Not really sure why I do that - it really has to stop. I made a commitment to follow the plan this week and track everything. I'm kinda tired of the yo-yoing. Let's see what happens.

I sometimes have to really push myself to get up and go, so I bought a beautifully loud lace with bold roses and it says in big white letters"Kinda Don't Care" I wear it proudly to the gym, it makes me giggle😂
