ok EEKKKKK, well the IB (idiot box on the floor) did it again, but perhaps had some help from me, since I ate late and with my kids and food & wine and pistachios, I over do those little things. But at least I didn't give into pizza and other no-nos so we will deal with it. I didn't go to the gym this morning but will go tomorrow afternoon probably since everyone leaves then and next week it is back to a strict woe and exercise plan, have to get this done!
