Yay 27.9 body fat!! I am finally in the 27s :) I have set today as a new start date with new goals. I would like to reach 26 for body fat, lose a little more around the waist in inches by firming and toning my new body. I registered for an 8k at the end of February so I am training for that now. It helps to have goals for continued motivation. I am currently jogging a 5k in 39 minutes, so I have some work to do. I will be very happy if I can do the 8k in 45 minutes. I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays and stays strong around all the food temptations. If I eat extras then I just have to up the exercise right? ;)

Having a good goal like that sure does help motivate! Looks like to hit 45 minutes, you want to work up to an average speed of 6.6 mph. If you have access to a treadmill, utilize it's speed, distance, and time gauges to get up to that! That's what I did for my evals :)
