PM weigh in. 5.5 hrs sleep. Not sure what this is. I took in 700 calories yesterday during 24 hr fast. Under my calories this week the lowest in a while..sodium pretty low last 24 hrs. Drank another gal of water yesterday and it was busy at work all night.
282.6 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
