OH MY GOD!!! I actually entered everything i ate yesterday and was FLOORED! I ate 150% as many calories as my RDI. I know as well as I know my name that writing things down makes it real and can be a real shocker but even so, it was a real shocker!!! I really need to do it every day. It was immediately apparent where I went wrong - two things - alcohol and a fatty late night snack. The latter is unusual for me, the former isn't. If I had done neither, I would have only been about 20-30 calories over.

Wow.......and more wow.....
