So after “cheating” once after getting ghosted by a date.. I decide to just get my ass to gym and just shower.. I see the scale, the scale sees me. Really need to own the situation, step on that scale. Low and behold it’s DOWN another kilogram and a half. Please let this continue! The gym will see me for reals tomorrow
