Bonked on elliptical last night so ate some chocolate and a pizza slice for second dinner. Still only around 1800 cal. On day that that Is OK. Lifting tonight so should be fine. Still lost .3lbs so it’s all good!
198.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
