I'm terrible. Fell off the running wagon. Won't be back on until Monday... but maybe can get a short hike during the weekend. Have company coming and we don't tend to do much physically, just hang out and chat. Gonna try to change that a bit.

Scared to progress in the workout. Did pretty crappy (in my opinion) at running 7/1x5. I've got to run 7/1x5 on Monday, and try for 8/1x5 Tuesday... if I can't do it Monday, I'm going to keep running 7/1x5 until I feel comfortable.

I already got next weeks workouts, and even more scared now: 9/1x5, 10/1x5 and 11/1x5. Even if I'm not on schedule, at least I have my workouts laid out for me, so I know my goals. I want to feel like I'm progressing, not just slopping through them and dying afterwards.

Hopefully Monday's 7/1x5 will leave me feeling a bit more confident.

Hang in there & try not to be so hard on yourself! Showing up is most of the battle. We all have our good, energetic workout days. And, since you're just restarting, you need to give yourself & your body time to adjust. So take it slow & know it will get better!
