Soccer tonight; seated in a section where they bring you free food. Uh oh. I've packed healthy stuff, but my resistance is low; already had a cookie today. US women's National Team Tour here at Jeld Wen field. My partner texted & wants to eat at a cool Mexican place close to the venue before the game; they have good food, with decent healthy choices.

The scale shocked me this morning (figuratively) ; lost more weight! Encouraged me to make the drive to the more distant gym; I'm looking forward to Friday when my regular gym reopens.

Beau's been sneezing today, as well as doing some itching and twitching. I'm calling his vet in the morning. Poor little guy.
