I'm totally sucking on the water intake again! Its amazing how quickly I can get out of that habit! I usually have 20 oz in the mornings when I exercise, then have at least 40 oz during the day, depending on what I have going on. Yesterday, I failed to set my alarm so I didn't make it up to exercise. 20 oz down the tubes there. Then I had a crazy day at work so only 20 more oz during the day. When I got home from work, my hubby had dinner going so I had a cup of coffee with that. Bleh!! It is going better today as I did get up and exercise, so I have that 20 oz. I know that water is key so I will keep working at it!
