Last Week:

78.01 Kg (172 Lbs) and 16.9% Fat.

This Week

77.92 Kg (171.8 Lbs) and 16.9% Fat.

Almost no progress and its no surprise because I was whacking the calories through last weekend's Beer Fest and BBQ. No regrets.

Will need to find something to replace tennis from now onwards.

Yoga, Jogging, Swimming until I hit my target Weight.

Push Ups, Weight Training, Abs Training right after to bulk up.
171.7 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
