Well I'm back at square one. Most of my month of November was red. I want to turn the green light back on and continue on my journey.I gained most of my weight back and I understand why. Starting over is never easy but I'm glad I continued recording what I ate everyday. I weighed in this morning because I felt I needed a change and I did not want to wait until Monday. My weight was 158.6. When I went to the doctor it said 161 on the office scale fully clothed. My blood pressure was 121/81. My measurements were: waist 35 1/8, hips 38 1/2, bust 39 1/4. When I started back on June 11th my weight was 161.0, waist 36 3/4, hips 38 1/2, bust 40 7/8. I'm glad I stopped now and am ready to continue. Today was hard but I will keep going. I still have the same goal 140lbs. I would like to get there by March 1, 2013. I never set a specific date before but in Chris Powell's book on carb cycling he suggested that you set a specific goal.
