For some reason, I am just WIPED tonight. I went to the gym and did 30 minutes of elliptical, and ran 3.5 miles at 4.1 miles per hour, running for 52 minutes. That's almost an hour and a half of intensive cardio. I didn't do abs or arms because I did that yesterday, and tomorrow I'm taking a strength training class with weights and whatnot, so I just let it go. I got a diet cherry limeade from Sonic as my post-workout treat. I came home and I've been cleaning, doing housework and laundry, and I am so tired - not sleepy, but my body is tired. It doesn't hurt, it just feels worn out. I am really looking forward to being able to run 4 miles, because I have a route planned near my house that is by the river and is a loop through several parks, and it will be awesome to be able to run that.
