We are going to the Audiologist for my husband and having lunch after at a bakery: Portos, that's really, really good, and humongous. That's pretty scary. I will have soup and salad, but will I be able to stop at that? It's so easy to tell myself I don't need to lose any more weight, but I don't want to gain either. I'm already telling myself, I could just have one dessert, and it's hard not to eat the bread that comes with the soup AND the salad. In the past I probably had 4 sweet rolls filled with cheese or something savory. In fact, when you are standing in one of the long lines, they give you a free one. This place is bigger than you can imagine, there could be 100 people or more, in one of the long lines just to get to the counters to order. Of course, it's my husband who wants to go there.
109.8 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
