Feels good to be back in routine.

Crossfit class today:

Not for time workout: 5 Rounds

5 - 10 HSPU - I did Z -presses with 4 kg dumbbells
8/8 Box step-ups - 4 kg dumbbells in each hand
20 jumping squats
10 - 12 chest press - I used a 25 kg weight
90 sec jump rope

I almost finished my 4th round when the time was finished.
