I enjoy this diet quite a bit; I think it will be something I will be able to stick too. Also I bought a dozen eggs last night and boiled the whole case to keep in my fridge for snacks! Going to make some peanut butter and celery sticks to take with me to the Christmas Parade today--then it is salad bar for me at my daughter's birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese's.
