Okay, so a couple of weeks ago I started to go back up again...only 3 pounds but it was enough for me to begin to worry. So...while it took me a week more to get started, I did on Wednesday 11/14. I weighed in at 226. Time to get moving again! So far so good. The last 3 days have been a bit difficult. It's so easy to reach for those carbs in their ready to go packages, cookies and donuts, yummm! But, I know better and have been really good the last 3 days with eating protein and getting my carbs from veggies. I'm drinking mostly water and allow myself a little Fanta Zero each day. I really hope this can be a jump start week and I can drop and least 5 pounds....or dare I hope for 7 or 8 pounds by next Wednesday morning?
