Wednesday weights:

Total weight lifted over an hour and a half (weight x reps): 23,220 pounds

135-pound bench press -- 10 reps as warm up

1.5-minute break

185-pound bench press -- 5 sets of 5 reps, with 3-minute breaks in between

6-minute rest with some water & protein

I set up the Hammer Strength Chest Press machine at 180 pounds, the Incline Press at 180 pounds, the Decline Press at 210 pounds, and the High Row at 270 pounds. 3 sets of five each, with 3-minute rest + water between each.

Set #4: complete set aside from only getting 3 reps on the chest press and 4 reps on the decline press. -- 4-minute rest

Set #5: 3 reps on the chest press, 5 on the incline, 6 on the decline, and 10 on the high row.

Upper body stretching on the TRX, then time to call it a day!

I felt good about today's lifts -- but I had a hard time carrying my 13-month-old baby from the child watch to the truck -- had to keep swapping arms lol

Texted my workout to my trainer from the C25K class. He called and said with me moving this much weight, it's time to meet up and figure out my 1 rep maximums so I can start planning my strength training a bit less randomly. Also, we're going to go over my form for deadlift. He says I've progressed just about far enough with my squats for that (I certainly hope so, I did over 100 of the damned things yesterday, and my legs aren't happy about it today!). This will likely alter my lifting program considerably :).
