Hey Hey Hey guess who dropped some pounds lol Thank goodness. So due to the stress recently I am eating whatever and I mean whatever I want.......BUT I am drinking shakes for two meals in order not to through my calorie count off AND I am still loosing that is awesome! its all about the slow loss and maintenance for me at the moment and you know what I am okay with that cause each day I wake up I still know I am a better ME than I was yesterday. Other than that I will just keep trucking at the speed my mind and my body find comfortable.
295.4 lb Lost so far: 141.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
