Stayed on target yesterday. And that felt good to accomplish. My daily 3 wish boom!
1. eat healthy
2. eat each meal on time [regularly]
3. take a walk relax, make it a point to move each waking hour of the day big or small it adds up.
Today is a new day with but the same aspirations apply.
