My birthday on the weekend. But really nothing to do with my gain, just using as an excuse. I've been having problems getting back on track. Where has my motivation/will power gone to? I need to find it.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

Try and create a mini goal - 2 pounds lost and get a pedicure or 4 pounds down go out to a movie with a friend whatever will give you something positive to focus on. Don’t beat yourself up. We all have highs and lows - even with motivation. :)
