Last night I had a minor setback, which I will only partially blame on PMS cravings.
When I had sat down during what was supposed to be my usual post-dinner/pre-workout TV break, I ended up instead eating 11 points worth of junk. My stomach hurt, so I used that as an excuse to not exercise. Ick.
Luckily, I had those 35 extra weekly WW points to work with, so 11 points isn't the end of the world by any means, and I could still see a loss tomorrow since I was 100% OP this week.
But I don't know why I ate when I wasn't hungry. Will have to think about this behavior some more. I am just SO THRILLED that I didn't have any real junk food in the house. No chips or cookies. I had to be pretty creative to even find snack food to binge on, hence the only using 11 points.
I think it ended up being: 2 tortillas, 2 dairy-free mini ice cream sandwiches, and some baked french fries with ketchup. So, yeah, not the end of the world. But I really wasn't hungry. Bleh.
