PM weigh in. LOTS of sleep. 18 hrs fasted. One more week until some kind of change..maybe a 360 🙄
281.4 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great sleep for now, but the weight is just bouncing around the same 3-4 lbs fire the last month or two.. Take a look at my history.

That's a possibility. I don't think lower cals should happen just yet. Or that dirty delicious word 😁
