Averaged 2038 kcal a day this week. Still a good loss! Weight training seems to pay off now, bumping up my BMR. I'm currently tracking my calories in Cronometer (because they also have a micro nutrient section which I'm interested in). Don't know which app I'll stick with eventually, but I'll keep updating my weight on fatsecret since I like the community aspect.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
