Here I go again. I am going to do a 90 day challenge and try to drop 2 pounds a week. I am going to limit my calories and try to get some form of exercise everyday. I saw a meme today that said do you want the body or the pizza? For the last 18 years I have wanted the pizza more than the body! I choose the pizza because it is easy, because the gratification is instant and it makes me happy. The fact of the matter is more than anything I want to be healthy I want to be able to run, play basketball, and more than anything not be in pain when I get up in the morning and not have pain wake me up in the middle of the night. Once again I am going to try this the last time I committed I lost a bunch of weight and gained it back slowly. It started with Thanksgiving in 2017 and continued through 2019. One bad decision after another. Starting today I am going to make good decisions and do the hard things.

My fitness is terrible and I almost got sick during my workout today but I finished.

2000 meter row in 8 minutes

Squats 3 sets of 8 x 115

Ball Slams 3 sets of 10 45 pounds

Box Jumps 3 sets of 6 these killed me

Jump Rope 3 sets of 50

I will be stronger tomorrow!
