My weight has stayed th same since Tues. I think I ate too much yesterday, although it was all SB friendly. I was just so hungry all day. And then it dawned on me my monthly visitor is due to show up so that explains it. We had another softball game last night so that was a little exercise. My legs feel it today. My plan today is to clean the house top to bottom. That always gets me moving and sweating good, especially with a 20lb 7 month old on my hip while doing so. We have a house full of company coming Friday night for the weekend but they are dieting too so it shouldn't be too hard. College football starts Saturday (GO Dawgs!!) and so my husband is already upset thinking about not having beer during the games. I told him to just tough it out until the first 2 weeks are up and then maybe he can splurge on some Mich. Ultra. We'll see. Have a great day all!!!

That housecleaning sounds a good exercise plan, maybe I should do the same. You are doing great, don't get impatient just keep going. Good Luck graciepoo!

That is what I am talking about..Football season...GO DAWGS!! I get to go to a game this year and I can't wait!! If it is going to make or breka your husbands diet, let him have a few beers...even if you are in the first 2 weeks, men get more easily discouraged than women as a rule. Also, try to talk him into a diet soda and rum. This has a lot less calories.
