Back on Phase 1 now. My husband started with me on Monday. He is already down 3 lbs. He was like "No way!! That's awesome!" So that was a good start for him. I was down 3 as well. I love us doing this together. So much better! We had a ballgame last night so that was my exercise. We lost but had fun doing it. Hopefully tonight we will go walking. It seems to be cooling off a bit. Only in the mid-90's now!!

He is not on here yet. I sent him an invite so hopefully he will be on here soon. We were on vacation the past week so he is swamped at work right now. Once things slow down I think he may get on here with me.
