Back in the gym Friday evening. I barely eeked out my 5 sets of two reps on the chest press @ 210#, but I managed to jump from 325# to 340# on the high row! Looks like the few days out of the gym didn't hurt me after all lol. No more groin pain either, so I'll be back to running Tuesday. No more farmer carry though for a while -- it's just too much on my legs to do 200# farmer carry Mon, Wed, Fri and run Tues & Thurs.
