Britnii's Journal, 16 February 2019

I haven’t been this weight for quite sometime. Trying to stay motivated. Last time I started losing weight I think i sort of gave up (due to stress and depression). I’m actually starting to feel lighter. Can’t wait to reach my goal weight and feel like my old self again.
205.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week

Mitigation is what gets you started on the journey, but it the strong habits that you form that just makes whatever diet you are on “normal” and something you don’t really think much about. I don’t know your woe, but if it is so restrictive that you can’t see yourself doing it for the long haul, now is the time to reassess. Good luck to you. This can be done semi painlessly.

it's so easy to give yourself permission to eat poorly when you're stressed. It's my biggest obstacle to loosing weight. I am trying to treat myself to a short walk, a favorite song, or something else that feels special instead of a food treat. good luck!

They say taking 10 lbs off your weight is like taking 40 lbs off your knees. For those of us here that are really heavy, that's a hell of a thing. Feels good to be able to walk around without pain and walk the stairs without holding the rail and taking them one at a time. Good luck! Don't give up!

You have come so far, that's just amazing. Keep on focusing on just the few steps ahead of you. Its good to have long term goals, but it's all the little goals along the way that keep pushing you forward.
