No significant exercise yesterday and no food journal update. I didn't work out, didn't figure it was worth logging the little bit of walking around and talking I did, and I fasted all day, consuming nothing but water. Wasn't really planned -- it just sort of felt like a good day to fast when I woke up lol. Just finished breakfast (sausage, eggs, mushrooms sauteed in butter) and broke the 32-hour fast :)
Lifting heavy today. I bought some padded gloves so I don't blister my hands again on the heavy weights with the farmer carry, and I'm trying out the hex bar (trap bar) for the first time today. We'll see how heavy I can go!
Oh yeah, and I almost forgot. 280 this morning!
