I am frustrated!! I did so well on my diet for almost a year and now I just don't seem to have the same willpower as before!! I knowe that I can do it but I have lost my motivation!! Any tips for getting over a slump?

I hear ya!! I'm in the same boat as you! I've been cheating, I can't seem to "find my go power" anymore, either. Why?? I do not know. =S I'll let ya know if I figure it out, though! Good luck to you!
