Wow learned a lesson this am. Count your calories before eating. My bfst was way over the top. Tried something new, had an avocado, with fruit and cottage cheese. Too many calories. Will try to offsite amount by excersizing a little more today. Good luck all
227.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep - that's what I love about this FS thing - esp if I want to try something new. The ONE time I did NOT check before testing it with my RDI I was really aggravated to see how it added up AFTER. I wondered if I'd EVER be able to go through the day w/o my FS counter but was releived to see people who've been tracking daily for years ~~ I won't be the only one. Keeps us accountable, huh :-)

HOWEVER, (sorry, I forgot to add this part)) that avocado is considered good fat so don't sweat it too much.
