Dry Fast 2.0 Day #1
I had a small refeed yesterday and lots of liquids, I'm now ready to begin a new Dry Fast.
The gained weight I assume is mostly water and food in my bowel.
I hope this time around I can reach my goal of 200hrs! Dry Fasting is amazing!

151.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
