Down about half a pound this morning, but still a little above where I was on Saturday. It's short term weight and I have been very much on track with everything so no worries at all. Most important is that I feel great, much better than a month ago. Most days I am able to walk during lunch hour, when I can get outside it's over hilly terrain and I push myself to go as quickly as I can. I can feel I'm hitting my stride, it just feels good, hard to explain it.
