Wow! People at work are responding favorably to me being on a diet. I showed up to a breakfast meeting and in addition to the everpresent danish and breakfast sandwiches; they had fruit! Awesome! It was very nice of them to think of my conversion to less processed, high calorie foods when placing the food order!
