keto since first week of Jan (~1/3 or 1/4). <20 carbs per day isn't as difficult as i thought. the hard part is getting protein into the 1g per 1lb ratio to maintain strength. also, my flying squirrel wings aren't going away very quickly. may need to (somehow) reduce overall daily calories again. also, daily workouts were easier to get motivated for when i didn't limit the carbs as bad. i'll go til 3/1, but i suspect keto may not be the thing for me.
