Maintenance Calorie Trajectory ---> Week 19---> Hanging Steady

Well, this is coming a little late. I'll have to wait until next weekend to talk in detail about how to predict what day one can find the next low for weigh-ins. However, it was a productive day. This body broke a lot of walls during strength training and I do think the BCAA's are helping with increased energy. I note the fatigue does not hit me so hard post workout, which is very nice. I am now able to do 8 unmodified push ups out of the 12 that I attempt and I feel good about increasing all the reps for the next strength training session.

It is also very heartening to see a weigh in of 138.0 today, especially after increasing cals last week. My "happy scale" app actually has me at an average of 137.8, but I won't count it, unless I see it on the scale first. And, as most of you know by now - I won't increase cals again unless I see a new low on the scale 2 weekends in a row. I'm just stingy like that, LOL.

Anyhow, I hope everyone has a wonderful week. I will catch you next weekend.

Oh, and a little tip for those who are genuinely interested in how to predict when the next new low on the scale may come. If you're a daily weigher, start looking back at your own data and recording which days your new lows tends to happen. See if you can start seeing a trend. Even if it's not new low, track what day the week the lowest weight appears. This of course, is dependent on whether you consistently stick to your weight loss woe and weigh in at the same time each day. You just might see a pattern emerge :-)
