i was a bit naughty last night. a bit. my excess was 500. since i barely ate monday i wonder if they both cancelled each other out. weight hasn't changed. however i did note that i 'gained' when the weather suddenly got cold. we're fixing to warm up again - come on Helius, let go already it's almost halloween! - so let's see how this goes. another day, another chance to be awesome.
