gave myself a day off. didn't go crazy with junk - the guilt kicked in early. ;-) I've been working out with my new little fitness gadgets. tomorrow, the y - before i don't have any more money left. yikes
204.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
