Weighed myself w/o the extras. I'm assuming this is more of my true weight now, 156. I'm starting to feel really good. Juicing every morning. Generally eating less and just did an amazing "boot camp" type workout yesterday. If I keep up with that I know I'll be building more muscle while losing fat.
