Really pleased lost 1lb this wk as was a little bit naughty and had chippy chips one day and then a curry another. However, didnt go mad with the curry as I usually do and just had the curry and rice and not all the bits that go with. Also was able to cut back on other days to make up for it whereas usually I would have thought 'well i've done it for this week might as well carry on stuffing my face!!'
So although didn't have a 100% week I am giving myself credit for for not going overboard and being able to control the urge to have a 'fat; week!
