Another good day. Survived mowing the lawn, so I definitely believe that this protocol converts fat into fuel. I've done starvation before and I could barely fold laundry. I did break down and have a V8 that was hiding in the back of the fridge. I just wanted something salty after working in the yard, and I figure its better than gatorade.
