Will have a gastroscopy tomorrow morning early. I feel a bit scared, I hope not to need being sedated.

Never had one, so I am not sure what it will involve. try to see it as a neccesary evil to get to the bottom of it. But I am sure they know what they are doing. You will be fine! I keep my fingers crossed for you anyway :)
