Ate a whole pizza, half a garlic bread, a lava cake, two bowls of granola cereal and a piece of turkey the other day all equaled up to about 2064 calories lol but I burnt 2500 with exercise for the day and somehow still managed to not gain any weight I'm amazed yet the next day I go back to eating healthy and gain around 400g that's so frustrating I burn around 2500 calories a day through exercise
