My weight this morning 👍 I made it to the gym this morning 💪 focused on arms and abs. It’s a nice 60 degrees here in Miami but all rainy. So I’m snuggled up in bed with my window cracked 🥶😁😆
152.4 lb Lost so far: 56.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
