Hey guys. I need some motivation right about now. After losing 10 lbs in about 10 days I think I got a little too comfortable and thought the pounds would keep rolling off. The next week I went into that state in induction where I had absolutely no energy. So that week went by and a didn't go much exercise. Then the 3rd week I started a part time job. (Work 9-7pm at my regular job then 7:30-11:30pm at the next one.) Needless to say, its been very hard the last week and a half trying to exercise when I took on a part time job.

My Vegas trip is coming up and so is my cousin's Caribbean wedding so I HAVE to look good in a bathing suit. I need to get back into gear!

We all get off track a bit, once in a while. It is important just to pick yourself up and get back on track. There is a definite drop at the beginning but it doesn't continue at that pace and you don't want it to. It has to slow for it to be healthy. It sounds like stress and time might be issues for you. Try to find solutions. You might be working too hard. With that schedule it might be impossible to get in your workout.

Wow... 10 lbs in 10 days is amazing!! You hang in there!! You'll be feeling better once you get the swing of things with your new schedule and the diet. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!

Agree with sara and bully. When my schedule was crazy like yours I found that my workouts disappeared due to lack of time and energy and that my eating habits suffered (lots of fast food stops on the way from work to school or vice versa. One thing that helped was to try to get lunches and snacks ready the night before and I always kept a few lean cuisines in the office kitchen so I could eat dinner before class. Tired and hungry is NOT a winning combination. When I was trying to get into shape for my own wedding, I went to the gym during lunch (we had one on the lot-so it was very convenient). I hope you find something that works for you. In the meantime, ENJOY your accomplishment AND your travels!

I think you're a great job overall. Just remember you're doing this for life and not just temporary weight loss. So just take it a day at a time and do what you can. Even if it means 15 mins workouts here & there. Better to do a little here & there than to stop completely. And even if you can't get the workouts in, continue to focus on eating healthy to ward off any bad nutrients (bad fats, processed sugar, etc) your body don't need. Hang in there.

I see that you're kicking some major butt on losing weight already! I really dislike that saying about how it didn't go on overnight and it won't come off overnight...but sadly, that's true! You don't need to freak out though...you're excelling on losing it!
