Disappointing weigh in. =( Normally I'd be excited with any kind of weight loss...but I have to admit, I'm pretty disappointed with my .8 weight loss this week! =( I've been pulling some big numbers the past few weeks, and know that it was going to level off with some more manageable weekly numbers, and I should be happy that I've lost 10.5 so far...but I can't help but feel let down by the scale this morning.

Being pre-menopause at 39 it's hard to gauge when "TOM" is coming, so I'm HOPING that that is the reason why I had such a small weight loss this week, and that maybe its water weight...as I followed the plan, and only used 10 of my flex points this week. I suppose I'll just go extra strict with my points, not go over at all, and see what next Monday brings. =/
