I just tried the 90-second almond bread recipe Draglist journaled about last week. Thanks for turning me on to that Bill! I wasn't even craving bread -- just really curious about that recipe lol.

Lunch was a serving of that "bread" with avocado oil mayo, dijon mustard, cheddar cheese, and some smoked herring. Made a decent -- but messy -- sandwich.

as for the bread itself, it's a little chewier and eggier than than store bought white bread, but it's pretty good for bread. If you're trying to stick to Keto, and bread is our downfall, this recipe is definitely for you.
