Day #1 of 60
I'm challenging myself to make a radical change in eating whole unprocessed foods,fresh fruits & vegetables, raw nuts, legumes, whole eggs, and super foods. I'll also enjoy dark chocolate, and low carb spirits in moderation.
I intend to limit my consumption of diary, processed meats, breads, pastas, sugar, crackers, and baked goodies.
Thanks for your support. I gain a lot from others sharing their journey to healthy living.
